Why advance ?

At ADVANCE, we are on a mission to ignite a Secure Schools Movement across the nation!

We believe:

  • Movement saves lives.

  • Pressure changes things.

  • Security is essential!

  • Education changes the world!

  • Leadership matters!

Security and leadership are inextricably linked, and as “keystone” actions, they are the ultimate performance multipliers!

There is no going back in a world that is changing at light speed around us!  Forward with purpose, speed and agility is the only way to achieve the full potential of your mission, your project and/or your initiative.  No retreat is our modus operandi!

Our commitment is simple - to help others ADVANCE !

  • At ADVANCE, we believe that secure schools are the bedrock of thriving communities, fostering a future where every student can learn and every leader can inspire.

So much so that “the collapse of education is the collapse of a nation.”

Effective safety and security are fundamental to quality education, creating an environment where every student can reach their full potential.

We have moved beyond the era of ineffective school security programs and hope as a strategy being enough.

The most dangerous belief in school security and mass casualty incidents in our communities is:

     “It could never happen here.”

It can happen here.  It has happened here.  No community is immune from the threat of violence.

It takes one time to be forever!

Tragedies across our nation have occurred over and over again, and they have surfaced best practices and hard lessons learned that we have an inherent responsibility to heed.

We are here to help your teams systematize security in your schools and organizations quickly, effectively and with a cost effective approach so that you can stand on your own but never alone in this endeavor.

Securing schools and communities can be done at scale.  It's more than possible!

    Let’s get started!

    • Systematizing security in schools and other organizations throughout communities
