  • Movement saves lives.

  • Pressure changes things.

  • Security is essential!

  • Education changes the world!

  • Leadership matters!

Security and leadership are inextricably linked, and as “keystone” actions, they are the ultimate performance multipliers!

There is no going back in a world that is changing at light speed around us!  Forward with purpose, speed and agility is the only way to achieve the full potential of your mission, your project and/or your initiative.  No retreat is our modus operandi!

  • At ADVANCE, we believe that security and leadership are the bedrock of thriving communities, fostering a future where every community member can live, learn and thrive, and every leader can inspire.

Effective safety and security are fundamental to creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential.

We have moved beyond the era of effective security programs and competent leadership in our schools, business and organizations being an option. Hope is not a strategy when lives are impacted!

The most dangerous belief in security and mass casualty incidents in our communities is:

     “It could never happen here.”

It can happen here.  It has happened here.  No community is immune from the threat of violence.

It takes one time to be forever!

Tragedies across our nation have occurred over and over again, and they have surfaced best practices and hard lessons learned that we have an inherent responsibility to heed.

We are here to help your teams systematize security in your organizations quickly, effectively and with a cost effective approach so that you can stand on your own but never alone in this endeavor.

Securing schools, businesses and communities and high performing leadership development can be done at scale.  It's more than possible!
